Dr. Kolodnicki earned a B.S. at SUNY Oneonta in Elementary Education with a minor in Mathematics. After teaching elementary school and getting her masters in Special Education, she decided to focus on math full-time! She earned certifications in both Mathematics and Mathematics for Students with Disabilities and has been loving it ever since! She earned an Advanced Certificate in Educational Administration from LIU Post and completed her Ed.D at Long Island University. Her research focused on expert teachers and what they believe are the most effective ways for parents to be involved in their adolescent student's education.
This is her 15th year teaching! She is happy to share her 11th year with the students of Levittown. After spending 5 years at MacArthur, and 6 years at Salk, she is back to her first school, Division!
Dr. Kolodnicki loves spending time with her dog, Shiloh and traveling the world with her husband!
Success for Every Student!
